I tried it for a while and enjoyed the effects, but the whole thing was such a pain in the neck, I quit. You were supposed to boil the water for five minutes first; I ruined several teakettles by putting the water on and forgetting to take it off. Then you had to keep the Thermos scrupulously clean. And you had to (or at least I had to) keep going to the toilet all the time!
