In winter, even now, I would probably risk looking silly and carry one around if I were in FF right now. But I was willing to look silly by wearing a trenchcoat, cap, gloves, sweater, and 2 pairs of socks, when I attended a course in September at MIU one year. It was 80 degrees when I left Tucson at 8 AM and it was below freezing in the shade when I got to Fairfield at 5PM...
