No, considerably more than that. However the time frame referred to is if ANWAR were the only source of oil being used which wouldn't be possible anyway since you can't pump it from the ground fast enough and get it to refineries and then to all the markets in a timely manner. However it would be one valuable source among the many others that are out there in our possession.
