I would think the average person, after seeing the third building go down in the same manner even tho not being hit by a plane, would observe that the planes had nothing to do with it. N. It has happened while buildings were under construction, fortunately not occupied. 60 minutes did a story on it years ago and it didn't take an explosion or a plane hitting them.
