The poor people pay next to nothing in payroll taxes to the IRS, if any. Your plan would raise the taxes on poor people and the middle class workers who own stock.
I'm against all income taxes and I don't approve of wealth redistribution by the government - no taxation without representation. What we need are good paying jobs so people won't have to depend on the government for their food and shelter and healthcare. People should have a choice in medical care and they should be able to go see a good doctor.
