Why shouldn't you pay to have your own teeth fixed? The best system for heathcare, so far, is the free enterprise system of private medical care based on the patients ability to pay. What's needed are jobs that pay good money, so that everyone can pay their own way, and not depend on the federal government for handouts. I'm getting really tired of paying for other people's healthcare when they won't even try to take care of themselves. You're a case in point. I'm against payroll taxation and redistribution of my hard-earned wealth.
