The logistics of that thing are going to be very, well, difficult. A few issues pop up beyond the obvious: for instance, the high school will be for the most competitive students from around the country. Fair enough, but what about the children of the faculty of MCU? The Maharishi School in Fairfield was where most faculty sent their kids. In order for this school to credibly have a chance of being "best of breed," the student-faculty ratio should be about 10:1. That's 4 THOUSAND faculty members, with several thousand school age kids. Where are THEY going to go to school? In addition to 4 thousand faculty, there will be thousands of support staff. We're talking about the creation of a moderate sized city, all by itself. Add in the surrounding support community, and you're talking at least 100,000 people, probably more. Leaving aside issues like water and food and transportation, there's the question: is it possible to create a community of that size centered around a single facility? I've every confidence in John Hagelin's ability to make things work IF IT IS POSSIBLE. But IS it possible? This isn't some monastery. This is a university, and a university of that size will need to provide research facilities commensurate with the kind of faculty they want to attract. Talk about your "Hard Problems!"
