Now, please think for a moment. This is exactly what the proffessional crititc wants you to think. They want you to doubt your own experience of good meditations and stop you from experiencing your real Self. This is their job. They are paid to sow doubt in your heart. They fear more than anything people like you, who experience for themselves that "The Kingdom of Heaven is within". Do not let them intimidate you. Be brave and patient. Have confidence.
