I do have three kids, 10, 11, & 14, so that's a perspective as well. Sounds like he was being manipulated by his ex, and the daughter participated by choice, or more likely with some abetting by the mother. But, I can tell you from direct experience, that at some point your kid(s) will be disrespectful, and when you feel you have been there for them, it drives you a little crazy. Certainly, he could have handled it better. But for the courts to disallow a visit - I don't see that. I didn't see him taking it any further than just this screaming.
