Has he ever done any actual teaching? If he hasn't, seems to me if he takes over he's not going to be a guru-figure but rather the Lord High Administrator carrying out MMY's plans for the movement. My guess is that the guru-figure will be King Tony; he and Bevan will uphold the teaching component. Remember also that the regional layer of TMO leaders have all taken and passed the loyalty test. IMHO, this was arranged by MMY specifically to ensure minimal upheaval and conflict after he dies. Assuming it's clear that whatever shakes out was in accordance with MMY's wishes, they'll all go along with it; and they'll be, in effect, mini-gurus for their local areas. What I'm getting at is that it isn't going to be the old movement with a new leader who takes MMY's place; rather, it'll be a new movement whose mission is to perpetuate what MMY had already established. The leaders will carry on for him rather than replacing him.
