Lately, I've simply taken a moment to rest
my awareness on itself for a few moments
upon lying down to sleep. On the nights
when I've done this, I've had noticeably
sweeter dreams, it seems. And funny thing -
I've had lots of dreams about the TM
organization lately, such as going to MIU
again, although of course it's all different
and whacky.
