Me, I hit the pillow and am out like a light. :)
Lately, I've simply taken a moment to rest my awareness on itself for a few moments upon lying down to sleep. On the nights when I've done this, I've had noticeably sweeter dreams, it seems. And funny thing - I've had lots of dreams about the TM organization lately, such as going to MIU again, although of course it's all different and whacky.
