I can't look at this as I'm in a public library but the title tells me all I need to know. But surely beheading isn't torture it's execution? the idea of torture is to get information out of people, tricky to confess to anything when your head is any distance from your body. The main question is, how do you know what the CIA are doing? Why do you think they've been flying people half-way round the world to countries that freely admit they practise torture? for the air-miles? Setting dogs on people and giving them electric shocks IS torture, and it's illegal under international law and any sane moral code. Besides, it doesn't even work if the people are guilty let alone innocent as most are/were at gitmo & abu graib. I was going to end by saying the US doesn't get off because the people don't actually die but plenty have been beaten to death at the hands of the "coalition of the willing" Shame on us.
