You mean, are the Republicans such hypocrites
as to use the filibuster after condemning it
and threatening to ban it to keep the Democrats
from using it when they were in the minority?

Goes without saying. It seems there's no
hypocrisy that's beyond the Republicans.

As you almost certainly know, the Republicans
are on their way to *tripling* the average
number of filibusters in the preceding several
decades:
