I sympathize Jim, and you have my compassion, that "parts" of you seem tamasic, fartish, grumpy, circus-like, childish and sad. When "parts" of me seem to feel other parts of me are frustrated and sad, etc, I give that part healing attention and compassion -- with encouragement and good cheer that it will soon overcome its delusions and see the love and joy throughout Itself.
