Comparing people with different genetics is odious... however Jack
LaLanne is my hero and for me proves that hard physical activity
(which MMY eschews) is really the fountain of youth.  In every
interview I have ever seen of Jack through my life he radiates
happiness and energy. He is every bit a true guru IMO.
