You seem to hold the view that the householder path, with its' various obligations, including changing stinky diapers is inferior to the bramacharya way of life. But here you are living in the everyday world, seemingly trying to be a bramacharya. Not sure those two are necessarily compatable. And if you want to talk about "culturing the heart", well, a strand of coral beads compared to a big hug from your daughter when you come home from work?, - I'm going for the hug. >
