I think that Stuart's summary of the meaning of God is a DJ is spot on. I
think the song ties in well with Salva Mea and of course Reverence. I'm
pretty sure that Maxi is talking about the ridiculousness of conventional
religion as a whole. He is of course a buddist and i think he is saying that
whilst there is a God etc there isn't a master of our universe who can be
held untimately responsible for all goings on. In Reverence he says "If i
say God is alive, i know you'll wanna know why babies dies, food don't
grow....." This is his way of saying that whilst there is a 'God', He is not
able to control all that happens partly because he doesn't want to "deep
inside the earth he left a piece of himself..."

That's my tuppence worth anway!

>I see the song as a long metaphor about places of worship, and how more

>them, salva mea, oh it all fits together it really does, especially

>my church", and the music video which is the live concert, make me think
>this is what they're getting at.
