Hate to say this, but I've had some bad experiences with Brittania
Music. They were a music 'club', whereby when you agreed to a special
introductory deal (usually 6 CDs for the price of 1), you were then
obliged to buy at least 6 full-price CDs from their catalogue within the
next year, which wasn't great because the selection was fairly small and
the prices were high.
Maybe they do mail order so you can just buy one CD from them at normal
price now, but 13.99 is still twice as much as http://www.eil.com/ is
selling it for, and it was already established that since it's coming
out in the US soon with bonus tracks, probably worth it to wait...
