This has been a concern to me too, I opted to make my pairing and category
lists into checkboxes rather than the menu box like it was originally set in
the AA scripts because I wanted people to see *all* the choices. When I've
looked at other submission forms using the menu boxes, it's hard to me to see
them all, to get a good grasp of what's there.

But it does make for a long page. I like yours tho, doesn't seem too
overwhelming to me, and I don't really see any other way of doing it unless
you want to go with the menu boxes and instructions to hold down the ctrl key
when selecting multiple items (but then there's friend of mine who's ctrl key
is broken and can't select multiple items....) If you do go with menu boxes,
you can set that to be longer, show 5 or 10 or 15 rows, there's a place in the
AA settings file to change that, near where you set the background and link
colors.

btw, a couple typos jumped out at me:
>>Notes about the level of FanWorks (durvived from media) involvement<<

"durvived" should be "derived" I think.

and:
>>Fandom catagories not listed:<<
>>Content Catagories not listed:<<

should be "categories"

also you've got http://www. in Site URL for the default url, but there's lots
of sites that don't have the www, on private servers and free servers
(fortunecity, tripod, yahoogroups, etc.), maybe put just "http://"; instead?
