You want detailed, I'll give you detailed :-) First line- Type of enty might be simplier to say- This is a- Then, going in order, and each on its own line Name of list or site Owner Contact URL or address to subscribe Language of list or site Ratings (maximum) Ratings (minium) Pairings or genders (example m/m or herms) Content Subjects Species (not sure why you need server, but) Server Furry Level Fanworks Accepted (the notes part can be for anything/other responses) And there are two typos, I think- derived and involvement Answers should be yes or no with any explanations going in the box. Type of Fandom- Multi, Print, Television, Movies, Game If Multi-Fandom, what Fandoms? If Televeision, what fandoms etc. If list, what type of posts are allowed? No idea what entry purpose means Anything else I need to know instead of summary.
