Dreamweaver MX has expanded CSS capabilities, but from playing with it
myself, I've found that you can make pretty much anything work if you know
what you're doing.  As far as Lisa's page goes, my only guess is simple
human error wrt coding...I've also noticed that Dreamweaver can get bitchy
if you add and remove the same things several times...blank tags can be
left and such.  If you run the "Clean Up HTML" feature in Dreamweaver it'll
usually fix all that extraneous goop.
