Click on Format, then Page Transitions.  At least, that's where it is in FP2000.
If it's not there in FP2002, try looking in Help, search on "transitions".

Also, I believe this is an IE specific thing, won't work in Netscape (4 or 6) at
all (and maybe not Opera either), you might want to test it in Netscape 4 to
make sure it doesn't crash the browser.
