I don't have ADD but they bug me too, the load time and they are just kind of
pointless (imho), I'd rather just get to the page I clicked on.  Fancy fade in
and out stuff is better done with Flash.

But that's purely mho, Helen, figure out what works best for your site and your
visitors. :-)
