Has anyone converted all forms in the admin section to flash forms, if so, was it a simple conversion, is there anything I need to look out for in the conversion.

The old code does not really conform to any manageable standard. We
worked to provide functional backward compatability but not too hard in
the design front. Unfortunately you will need to roll up your sleeves
and recode the wrappers for your wizards.
