We need to be able to restrict the display of nav nodes in the site tree that do not pertain to a certain admin group.
We have created a custom policy group, custom group, and custom user, and successfully modified the permissions to restrict editing access to the one nav node relevant to that custom group. However, when logged in under that group, we can still see the other nodes even though we are unable to edit them. We would like the uneditable nodes to be hidden from view altogether, so that when logged in under that group, the user only sees their particular node as the top level; no root, no home, or any other nodes should be visible. Thanks. : ) Note: In that same vein, we are also trying to restrict the Verity search functions to specific nodes as well. Is that possible? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "farcry-dev" group.
