Make sure you change your ./config/_serverspecficvars.cfm file to point
to the right location for the application.path.farcry and
application.path.project entries.

If your project does not sit in the FarCry directory you just need a
second ColdFusion mapping.  So you you might have something like this
in your CF mappings area under CFIDE:
/farcry -> parent directory of farcry_core
/farcry/myproject -> the project directory for your application
