Hi Stephen,

Thanks a million for the interest! Yes, we have been downloading regular SVN
updates to Gonzales (about twice weekly). We've only spent about a month
trying out Gonzales though, compared with the steady eval work we've been
doing with 3.0.2 since October. I'll try to summarise our requirements
outside of the basic 3.0.2 feature list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Not sure i made myself clear enough re the versioning.... it's not simply
the "live" and "draft" version we're looking for , but the ability to hive
off a new version every time the content changes. Does that make more sense?

Thanks & regards,

Shrike71

Are you keeping up with the updates on SVN? Jeff and I have been fixing
a
bunch of issues recently to do with core code changes and the additional
functionality (Libraries mostly) and Geoff and co have been putting in a
lot
of updates for the form tools.

The farcrycms library is a work in progress and I'm looking at converting
a lot of the old 3.x functionality to use the new FC4 form tools and make
sure that it is completely pulled out of the core code and separated out
into the library. Work has come to a stop on that on my part because of
Xmas/New Year/Arrival of my newborn son on Thursday last, but I'll get
back
to that soon.

We have invested a lot of time in testing 3.0.2, and are pretty much

Do you have any specific questions that you need answers to that can be a
written up in the docs?

PS. Has anybody developed a content versioning module? (keeping track of

Farcry already has versioning built into most of the types in the
backend,
but I haven't seen any versioning for containers.

Stephen
