Jake, I do not have the bFriendly... And I can tell you that when I follow the instructions on the wiki, the options on the right DO NOT contain the option for create navigation. However it does appear on the tree on the left.
I might try the bFriendly when I get a chance and see if that is the key to getting it on the right.
