I don't remember if I posted the solution to this or not. I ended up implementing a new kind of link insert similar to the image and files under the WYSIWYG editor. I have a blog post about it with all the necessary code at http://jake.cfwebtools.com/index.cfm/2007/5/1/Farcry-Insert-Link-to-other-dm HTML-object#more

Obviously the developers have been aware of the 'frame issue' and implemented image and file inserts that way. Yes, I'd like to have a look at the code - did you post it on the FarCry community site (http://bugs.farcrycms.org:8080/secure/ IssueNavigator.jspa? reset=true&mode=hide&pid=10000&resolution=-1&sorter/ field=updated&sorter/order=DESC)? Otherwise, if you don't want to do that, you can send it to me directly - if you don't mind.
