Yes. I added it to my own configuration a couple years ago (when the feature was released in ColdFusion 7) in a FarCry 2.3 installation, but it was too slow (not a fault of FarCry, rather the category function in Verity was too slow). To do this you'd need to extend the verity object in FarCry and do the code on your own. You may also have to update the cron file(s) as well (I don't recall offhand since it was almost 2.5 years ago that I played with it).
