I did.  I just now turned it off just so things would work again until I 
figure this out.

No.  I followed the Installation Guide at farcrycms.org and have done 
nothing more than that.

One thing I just thought of... this may or may not have anything to do 
with anything... since these are remote installs, I modified the 
Application.cfm file of the installer so it wouldn't complain about 
running it from an IP other than 127.0.0.1.  That's the ONLY change I made.
