As Blair described in a previous post, your record may not be coming  
from the database. In 3+ wizards (PLP's) were stored on the file  
system. In 4+ wizards are stored in the database table [dmWizard].

Try deleting all records from dmWizard. At worst, you will lose your  
place in a few edit wizards.
