Is the collection still searchable? Make sure that you have set the collection paths correctly, and that the Verity directories are in fact read/writable by ColdFusion. Maybe I need to set up a little test page that ties to test a bunch of config things to ensure that the application is able to use Verity. Please raise the issue under the FarCry Verity section of http://bugs.farcrycms.org/ and add as much detail as you can.
