Hey Geoff I'm super keen to make a customised version of mooflair for farcry TV so you can simply edit a xml files, each would be a topic (beginner, installation,plugin, content type creation, formtools etc..) in which you would have the information of the videos. The files could be generated by a FC plugin. The xml structure should look like any of the RSS feed provided by youtube.
