If you follow the exact instructions of the manual then there is a typo at page 21:
1. Create a new webskin template ./webskin/superpowr/ librarySelected.cfm Should be: 1. Create a new webskin template ./webskin/superpower/ librarySelected.cfm So the superpowr folder needs to be superpowers. Although a tiny issue which directly let you learn about the typename placed in the path and how it relates to the typename of the superpower.cfc, if it's late you might search for a while .....
