You're right that every team is different; I'll let you know if I come across any specific questions or if my team settles on its own system. This being only our first FarCry project, I'm sure we'll pick up tricks in the middle of it. I'm hoping to convince others to use it as our starting point more often. The whole "CMS as a commodity requirement" thing is so darn true.
