Based on the experiences of others and now also mine, you can assume for now that the combination 32 bit / iis 7 is not working, so the good news is that this was causing your problems :) I quote the part about rewriting (by Mike):
"There must be something wrong with the "win32/isapi_srun.dll" that it's not compatible with IIS7 32bit. I'm aware that people are able to run Railo + Resin on IIS6 32bit but I think this is where the issue is. This DLL hasn't been rewritten for the IIS7 32bit environment and that's what's causing the problem." So the problem for this issue lies in the Railo isapi_srun.dll. About the Adobe license: I believe you only need a license when you use their cfml engine "Coldfusion". When you use Railo you have no connection to Adobe whatsoever, so when using the free edtion, then it's free. Railo (but also coldfusion and many other cfml engines) can run on various os systems. So if you get it all working by the link you stated, then there are no costs. Farcry should run on linux also, i never tried as my linux knoweledge is way less then windows, and i believe that sometimes you need a little work before it all works. Cheers.
