mmm ok, and you are for sure that their browser is setup correctly? i
would try a fresh install of ie 6 , just to check how that goes. Next
to that (if that isn't tried already) also try to install ie7 on that
same computer, same network, and check how that goes.

That way at least you can eliminate some causes.
