This is what we have in IsapiRewrite :

RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9\/\-\%:\[\]\{\}\|\;\<\>\?\,\*...@\#\$\(\)\^_`~]
*)$ /index.cfm?furl=$1
Do we need to add anything?
