if that all fails, then as a work around, you might just try changing your url creation parameters to be 'manually' created, so something like:
<a href="#application.fapi.getLink(stObj.objectid)#&pagewanted=all">...</a> This might work, but no guarantees. Also, you don't need to rebuild FU's again just for changing the rewrite rules!
