There have been no changes to the webtop yet. I said that when they copy the files to their production server they should run updateApp=1 from the URL to make sure everything will work properly, so that's already been done countless times.
In the General Config, I can't find anything to do with the URL Type Settings - I'm running 5.2.2 so if that's a new feature I don't have it. What do you mean by "bouncing the CFML engine"? I think they have already restarted to ColdFusion server, but I'll ask them to do it again.
