Not sure if anyone can help with this but I thought I would throw it out.. I have an issue where a user is sometimes prompted to login twice..
A "login" link is presented on the site home page, when you click to authenticate (in my case with Active Directory), the return url is "%2Findex%2Ecfm%3F = /index.cfm" and the genericNav powered menu displays secured nodes.. 'sometimes' when I user then clicks on one of these nodes after successfully authenticating, they get "you do not have permission to access" messaging.. They login again (return URL is direct to the node) and the node is displayed. It seems that the users permissons are not being properly loaded when they first login (requesitng a returnURL that is not protected)..
