FarCry is not going to work well using the built-in webserver w/ CF. You will need to use Apache or IIS, at least for the Friendly URLs, but I believe there are some other issues w/ the built in web server.
That said, can you confirm that you have a c:\coldfusion8\wwwroot\farcry\core\webtop\install\index.cfm file on your system? Seems like ColdFusion can't find it.
