There really shouldn't be any need to rebuild the friendly URL table at all. That tool is a utility to rectify the table post migration or other programmatic changes. General usage of the publishing platform does not require any intervention as the FU table is generally self-maintaining, automatically cataloguing and redirecting users from archived URLs and so on. What version of FarCry are you using, and what problems are you encountering that is causing the need to rebuild the FU table?
