For example I have a URL for the Agenda page:
index.cfm?objectid=2AAA0320-8355-11E2-A97E50465D06EA7A
it is not rewritten into /agenda/agenda

I have used the wiki example code and the rewriting on the server is on

when I try the URL /agenda/agenda it does work
When I try the pingFU test it says page not found.
