Hey Mike,

It sure is. Here at Mitousa, where possible we code using XHTML and CSS.
We support the Web Standards project (www.webstandards.org).

If the browser viewing the page can't view it properly (as in styled),
then they see a little message telling them about Web Standards and to
update their browser. They do however get all the content, just in a
really basic layout (similar to wired.com - check that page in NS7 and
then NS4).

Cheers,

Subject: [farcry-dev] DHTML Menus and CSS Positioning

Have any of you had users whinging because their vintage browsers can't
hack
the DHTML and CSS positioning on the Farcry style menus and sidebars?

I'm looking at my stats and see that less than 3% of my users are still
using browsers older than IE5 and NN5, so my current feeling is that I'm
not
going to care about them. It's time they came up to this century.

Do you people agree that it's time to say goodbye to the version 4
browsers?

Cheers,
