Note on update/optimise collections : I had a deleted page persistently turning up in search results despite running collection update/optimise. Deleting and rebuilding the collection got rid of the old page.
I've also seen this. It's not really anything we can do much about in FarCry. It seems to be the Verity collection collects the odd quirk from time to time and needs to be purged rather than simply updated.
