Actually, we were thinking that we would need to rip out the FC User Mgmt System and workflow system to accommodate for the organizational rules that need to be applied to both security and workflow. Here is an actual requirement:
The system will enable anyone to submit content and files for public view, while applying any desired level of departmental and regional review and approval, customized for the department or region in question. Are you talking about integrating ActiveDirectory, LDAP or other external UserDirectory? FarCry is specifically designed to play nice with other directory systems to provide authentication and authorisation. There are folks on this list with many different integrated solutions -- let us know what your attempting and we can probably shed some light. As to workflow -- everyone has different requirements here.
