Generally, just the updates and install directories.  These should not be
necessary in a production environment.

You should be able to leave them on your development box and just migrate
all the other directories over.

I think Geoff posted earlier this week (or late last week) regarding the
directories to copy over for a DEV => PRODUCTION migration.  Check out the
archive on the lists.daemon.com.au site.

Also, you might want to think about the MISSING INCLUDE stuff as this
technique is used throughtout FarCry to provide some of the hooks for
customisation.
