If this has been fixed in the 2.1 betas, please ignore this, but here goes anyway
Creating a category with a '&' in it will truncate the name to what is before the &. This only occurs when the name is being entered in the JavaScript input box (in other words, a workaround is to create the category, then edit it and enter the correct name) Cheers -- Quentin Zervaas Web Developer MITOUSA.
